Ally Yeary is an emerging leader in collegiate athletics with a strong background in sports marketing, digital engagement, and administrative operations. She is in her first year as Executive Assistant to the Athletic Director at King University, having joined the Tornado staff in June 2026. Yeary brings extensive Division I experience and a deep commitment to supporting student-athletes, coaches, and departmental initiatives.

In her role at King, Yeary coordinates the Athletic Director’s schedule, manages departmental meetings and athletics events, and serves as a key liaison among coaches, student-athletes, campus leadership, and external stakeholders. She also supports daily athletics operations through strategic initiatives, special events, travel logistics, budget administration, and projects that enhance the student-athlete experience and advance departmental goals.

Previously, Yeary spent nearly four years with George Mason University Athletics, contributing to marketing, digital media, and student-athlete support. In 2025–26, she served as Graphic Design Graduate Professional Assistant, designing digital and print graphics for game-day promotions, social media campaigns, and department branding. Her work strengthened fan engagement, elevated Mason’s visual identity, and supported collaborative marketing across multiple programs.

From 2023–25, Yeary was a Marketing Assistant, helping to plan and execute in-game promotions, themed event nights, and fan engagement activities. She contributed to digital content creation, coordinated giveaways, and tracked promotional effectiveness for various Division I sports. In 2024–25, she also served as a Social Media Marketing Intern with Influxer, managing content for George Mason’s NIL-focused account and promoting student-athlete opportunities through strategic digital engagement.

Beyond collegiate athletics, Yeary worked with Limitless Marketing, creating and scheduling social media content, tracking analytics, and assisting with event logistics and branding. She also spent seven years at Glenrochie Country Club, serving as Head Swim Coach from 2020–25 and Head Lifeguard from 2018–20, where she coached youth swimmers, managed team operations, led lifeguard staff, and promoted water safety and community engagement.

A former NCAA Division I swimmer at George Mason University, Yeary excelled both in competition and the classroom. She earned Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition, balanced rigorous academic and athletic schedules, and contributed to a team-oriented environment throughout her collegiate career.

Yeary graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, ranking in the top 10% of the Costello College of Business. She later completed her Master of Science in Sports and Recreation Studies with a concentration in sport marketing, earning a 4.0 GPA. She is also a three-time Provost Scholar and was valedictorian of Abingdon High School.

Yeary is excited to join King University Athletics and looks forward to serving in a Christ-centered environment that values the growth of student-athletes in mind, body, and spirit. The King University community is delighted to welcome her and anticipates the positive impact she will bring to the Tornado athletic department.
