Ridley inks with King men's wrestling

BRISTOL, Tenn. – King University head wrestling coach Jason Moorman announced the signing of Cade Ridley during the early signing period. He will join the Tornado following a standout career at Commerce High School in Lula, Ga.

"Cade was one of the top recruits on our list this year," Moorman said. "He will bring the character and mindset that this program has been built on, and we are thrilled to have him join our family."

Ridley was ranked 23rd in the Win Magazine Preseason Poll prior to this season. In his career, he won a state title and finished runner-up. He is a two-time NHSCA and AAU All-American. In 2016 he was named the East Coast National Champion. Off the mat, Ridley was also earned NHSCA Academic All-America honors. In his high school career he earned letters in wrestling, football and tennis.
