Tornado finish fall season with sixth place finish
CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The King University women’s golf team wrapped up their fall season by finishing sixth at the Lady Flames Shootout, hosted by Lee University. The Tornado shot 347 in the second round for a tournament total of 699. Elizabeth Swallow led the Tornado with a third place finish.

Swallow leads King in Lady Flames Shootout first round
CLEVELAND, Tenn. – In their final tournament of the fall, the King University women’s golf team carded a score of 352 in the first round of the Lady Flames Shootout, hosted by Lee University. Elizabeth Swallow led King with a first round score of 80.

King takes three CC Weekly awards
BRISTOL, Tenn. – On Wednesday when Conference Carolinas announced their weekly awards, three King University student-athletes were honored. Both Hannah Witt and Spencer Frantom won the awards for cross country while Elizabeth Swallow took home the women’s golf award.

King finishes 14th at Patsy Rendleman Invite
SALISBURY, N.C. – The King University women’s golf team improved upon their first round score at the Patsy Rendleman Invitational with a second round of 326. The Tornado finished 14th with a two-day total of 664. King was led by Elizabeth Swallow who finished sixth.

Swallow leads King in Patsy Rendleman first round
SALISBURY, N.C. – After a week off, the King University women’s golf team returned to the course on Monday at the Patsy Rendleman Invitational. The Tornado carded a 338 and are in 15th place after the first round. Elizabeth Swallow is currently in eighth place with one round remaining.

Swallow wins second straight tournament
BRISTOL, Tenn. – Elizabeth Swallow continued her hot start to her sophomore campaign on Monday and Tuesday at the King University Invitational, winning the event by 10 strokes with an even-par score of 142. The King University women’s golf team posted a second round team score of 336 to place fourth with a two-day total of 659.

Swallow leads King Invite after first round
BRISTOL, Tenn. – Coming off an individual title in her last tournament, King’s Elizabeth Swallow leads the King University Invitational after shooting a first-round 71. The Tornado shot a 323 on Monday, tied with Erskine College for second place overall and 13 strokes behind tournament leaders Limestone College.

Swallow takes individual title at Tusculum Fall Classic
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – Elizabeth Swallow turned in one of the best performances of her career on Tuesday in the second round of the Tusculum College Fall Classic. The sophomore carded a one-under 71 to win the first tournament of her career. She led the King University women’s golf team to a sixth place finish after their second round of 315, and two round total of 634.

Young leads Tornado in Tusculum Fall Classic first round
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – The King University women’s golf team opened their season on Monday at the Tusculum College Fall Classic. The Tornado were led by Cortnee Young’s round of 75, and are in fifth place with a team score of 319 after the first round.

Tornado look to build off successful 2012-13 season
BRISTOL, Tenn. – Coming off of one of the most successful season’s in the program’s history, the King University women’s golf team looks to duplicate that success. The Tornado return four of their top five golfers for the 2013-14 season after taking a second place finish at the conference championships in 2012-13.
