Top-10 NCCAA Tennis rankings for King programs

GREENVILLE, S.C. - King College posted Top-10 rankings in both the men's and women's NCCAA Tennis Rankings, the national office announced.

The Tornado held the No. 6 spot with a .667 winning percentage with a 14-7 record. Roberts Wesleyan (N.Y.) College was at No. 5 with a .692 winning percentage. Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) University was atop with a 12-2 record that worked out to a .857 winning percentage.

The Lady Tornado moved up to No. 8 thanks to two wins last week boosting the winning percentage to .619 with a 13-8 record. A week ago King held the No. 11 spot. The Top-5 teams remained the same with Indiana Wesleyan University on top. Olivet Nazarene was next followed by Roberts Wesleyan, Asbury (Ky.) and Campbellsville (Ky.).

King wrapped the regular season up last week and waits with the other teams to find out who will be in the NCCAA Men's & Women's Tennis National Championships in Mobile, Ala., May 9-12. The tournament field will be announced next week.
