Bamberger Named Conference Carolinas Male Golfer of the Month

HIGH POINT, N.C. – King College's Josh Bamberger has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Player of the Month during the month of October.

Bamberger, a senior from Waterloo, Ontario, helped the Tornado men's team win two of its three October golf tournaments placing in the top-25 in all three events and inside the top-3 two out of three tournaments. His best single round performance came on Day Two of King's home tournament when he had a six-stroke improvement from the first round and stormed back into the top-5 for a second place finish and a first place team finish. Overall, Bamberger also helped the Tornado to a third fall season win back in September in their first tournament of the season.
