Danner joined the Tornado staff in August of 2022 following a standout career for the Tornado.

Prior to Assistant Coach

Danner is one of the most decorated Tornado women’s volleyball players as she led the Tornado to their first Conference Carolinas Tournament title in the spring of 2021. At the time of her graduation, Danner was King’s NCAA era leader in attack attempts and total points. She also ranked in the school’s top 10 in 12 other categories, including second in kills, points per set and reception percentage.

She was selected first team All-Conference Carolinas three-times and garnered second team honors in 2021. Danner was named Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year in 2018, a season before garnering Conference Carolinas Player of the Year honors. In 2020 she was named the Conference Carolinas Women's Volleyball Championship Most Valuable Player. In 2019, Danner earned all-region and honorable mention All-America honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).

Personal

Danner graduated from King in 2022 with a degrees in psychology and mathematics.
