2014-15: Indoor: Helped the distance medley relay post a time of 11:01.33 at the Wake Forest Invitational.

2014: King University Senior Academic Athlete of the Year...Academic All-Conference Carolinas in both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2013: Was the first King student-athlete to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Earned USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors in the 5,000 meters (indoor and outdoor) and the outdoor 10,000 meters... Garnered third team All-Conference Carolinas in the indoor 5,000 meters, and second team honors in the outdoor 10,000 meters... Set an indoor school record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:13.59 at the Hilton Garden Invitational on February 1-2... Set outdoor school records in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters... Covered the 5,000 meter distance in 14:52.45 at teh Raleigh Relays on March 29-30, and 10,000 meters in 30:11.32 at the Hillsdale College GINA Relays on April 25-27... Placed third at the CC Indoor Championships with a 5,000 meter time of 15:20.72 on February 16... Finished second at the CC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:28.06...
