BRISTOL, Tenn. – Following a stellar performance on Sunday, Malcolm St. Louis of the King University men's basketball team was named Conference Carolinas Men's Basketball Player of the Week. St. Louis posted a double-double, leading King to a victory over UVa-Wise.

In the 93-67 victory, St. Louis posted his second career double-double and his first of the season. His last double-double came in December of 2014 at USC Aiken. On Sunday, the Lebanon, Tenn., native scored 15 points to go along with 11 rebounds for the double-double. He was also perfect from the floor, going 7-for-7 from the floor and 1-for-1 from the free throw line. This marks the first Conference Carolinas weekly award St. Louis has earned this season.

St. Louis and the Tornado are back in action on December 30 when they host Virginia State University in the Student Center Complex. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
