GREENVILLE, S.C. – In their final race before Thanksgiving, the King University cycling team competed at the Furman cyclocross race on Sunday. Kyle Ellis led the way for the Tornado, taking home a top 10 finish.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ellis led three men's category A riders with a ninth place finish.
- He was followed by Nolan Tankersley who took 14th and Eric Hubbs took 17th.
- On the women's side, Jennifer Caicedo placed 11th in the women's category A race.
- King will be in action again on December 10 at Brevard College, which is the Southeastern Collegiate Cycling Conference championships.
