King Cyclocross date announced for Oct. 31

BRISTOL, Tenn. - The date for the 2010 King College Cyclocross Race has been set for October 31 on the King campus.

The race will be held through the woods around the lake with steep hill climbs, switchbacks and a brief decent back towards the Student Center Complex where registration will take place. In all 12 races are scheduled starting at 11 a.m. with the final races at 4:45 p.m.

USA Cycling rules will govern all races with registration starting at 9:30 a.m. Races need to provide a valid USA Cycling Racing License. "One day licenses" will be available as well.

The event is the first in the 2010 Southeastern Collegiate Cycling Conference Cyclocross season.
