During the regular season, the Tornado earned wins over third-ranked Mount Olive and 11th-ranked North Greenville. Prior to King
In nearly two years in Campbellsville, Ky., Scott worked with the Tigers’ outfielders and hitters and help with base running. Prior to last spring being canceled, the Tigers were 13-8 and were ranked in the opening NAIA preseason top-25.
Prior to that, Scott was an assistant at Volunteer State Community College where he helped run practices and field maintenance. Just as he was at Campbellsville, Scott served as the first base coach and worked with the outfielders, base runners and hitters as well as the catchers. He helped coach a pair of all-conference performers that went on to play at NCAA Division II institutions.
Scott has worked baseball camps at Vanderbilt University, Duke University and Eastern Kentucky University over the past couple years.

Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Leisure, Sport and Tourism Studies from Middle Tennessee State in 2018. He is anticipated to graduate with a Master of Arts in Sports Management and Administration from Campbellsville in the fall of 2021.
