2016: Made two starts in nine appearances...First career appearance came in the season-opener, tossing one scoreless inning and striking out one at Francis Marion on February 5...Earned his first start and only win of the year, tossing six innings, allowing four runs, two earned on seven hits in a 13-11 win over Lincoln Memorial on March 2...That marked his longest outing of the season...Earned the start and struck out a season-high two in two innings against Lenoir-Rhyne on March 9.

Prior to King: Was a three year varsity letter at Franklin County High School...He was also a member of the National Honor Society...At Patrick Henry Community College he tossed 19 innings with a 2.72 era.
