BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University men's tennis team picked up a 5-2 nonconference win Sunday over Methodist University.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- King won two of the three doubles matches to claim the point.
- Rhys Halcrow won at no. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-3 after the Monarchs won at the top singles flight.
- Danny Neleman had an easy win, 6-0, 6-0 at no. 3 singles, while Mat Vieira won 6-1, 6-0 at no. 5 singles.
- The Tornado earned a close win at no. 6 singles, as Rohan Chalisgaonkar won 7-6 (7-3), 6-3, with Methodist winning at no. 4 singles in three sets.

- King will play at Converse Wednesday before hosting Mount Olive Saturday in the regular season finale.
