KING HIGHLIGHTS GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Haylee Dye then singled down the right field line, moving Campbell to second and allowing Camryn Haag to score, pushing the lead to 2-0.
  • The Tornado were then the beneficiaries of a throwing error, as Lawson reached base on said error, scoring Campbell and making it a 3-0 lead.
  • King would add two more in the fourth, as Campbell led off with a triple, scoring when Lawson doubled to right center field.
  • Carly Turner then singled to right center field, scoring Lawson and extending the lead to 5-0.
  • That would end up being more then enough for Madison Walter, who threw a complete game three-hitter to pick up her 10th win of the season.
