BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University baseball team dropped a pair of contests to top-ranked North Greenville University on Thursday afternoon. The Crusaders took game one 8-0 before taking the nightcap 20-0.

- The Crusaders threatened with a pair of runners in each of the first two innings, but Patrick Corley and Rohde Kirkland got out of each inning.
- A Preston Steele walk and Hawkins infield single put runners on the corners in the second inning, but King couldn't push a run across.
- North Greenville broke through with a pair of two-run singles in the fourth inning to take a 4-0 lead.
- The Crusaders added single runs in the sixth and eighth innings before plating a pair in the ninth to take the contest 8-0.

- The Crusaders added a run in the third before plating seven runs in the fourth inning.
- Faile highlighted the frame with a two-run single and North Greenville took an 11-0 lead.
- Faile later hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning as the Crusaders tacked on two more in the sixth and five in the seventh to take the game 20-0.
