BRISTOL, Tenn. –The King University men's soccer team fell to Francis Marion University Saturday afternoon, 4-0 at Parks Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Patriots tested Tornado goalkeeper Jack Hyatt early, getting a pair of shots on goal in the first eight minutes, but Hyatt was able to make both saves.
- After winning a corner kick in the 32nd minute, Francis Marion again peppered Hyatt with shots, taking three within the next two minutes, but again Hyatt was able to make all the stops, keeping the match scoreless.
- FMU was able to break through in the 40th minute to take a 1-0 lead, which would hold heading into halftime.
- It took the Patriots just four minutes into the second half to score again, taking a 2-0 lead.
- The Patriots added a third in the 58th minute off a free kick before adding a fourth in the 81st minute, going up 4-0.
- That score would hold, as the Tornado offense was unable to manage to get a shot on goal.

- Jose Curvelo had two goals for the Patriots, while Luuk Grellen and Nick Huenig both had one.
- Huenig also had three shots on goal, with Curvelo adding four shots on goal.
