GREENWOOD, S.C. – The King University men's golf team finished 18th at the Bearcat Classic with a three-round total of 905.
Åasmund Norum led the way for the Tornado, shooting 222.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Norum was consistent on Monday, shooting rounds of 75 and 74. He closed with a round of even par 72 to finish with a stroke total of 222.
- Alex Bradford improved on an opening round of 79 with a 74 in Monday's second round.
- Bradford closed with another round of 74, finishing with a total of 227.
- Jose Luis Garcia Jimenez also finished at 227, carding rounds of 76 and 75 on Monday and a round of 76 on Tuesday.
- Daniel Everhart was thrown into action following an injury during the practice round. Having not played a practice round, and not knowing if he would play until Monday morning, Everhart carded the best round of his career in the opening round.
- He shot one-over 73 in the opening round and followed that with an 82 in the second round.
- Everhart finished with a round of 78 for a tournament total of 233.
- Peyton Perez opened his tournament with a round of 78 and followed with a round of 79 on Monday. He then closed with another round of 79 to finish with a total of 236.
FOR THE FOES
- Barton College won the even with a team total of 854 while Lander University and Carson-Newman University finished second at 866.
- Barton's Bryson Boyette was the individual medalist with a tournament total of 10 under 206.
