LOUDEN, Tenn. – The King University men's golf team closed the regular season with a solid performance at the Tennessee River Rumble, finishing seventh with a tournament score of 880.
Samuel Trueba finished tied for first and
Alex Bradford came in with a top 10 finish.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Trueba finished with a stroke total of 209, seven under par. He opened with a round of two-under 70 and followed that by carding a five-under 67 in Monday's second round.
- On Tuesday, he closed with a round of even par 72.
- Bradford posted two rounds of one-under 71 on Monday before shooting even par 72 in Tuesday's final round.
- He finished with a stroke total of 214, two-under to take ninth.
- Åasmund Norum shot three rounds of 77 to finish with a total of 231.
- Jose Luis Garcia Jimenez finished with a stroke total of 232. He shot 79 and 73 in the first two rounds before shooting 80 in the final round.
- Beam Ratanaprasartporn came in with rounds of 80 and 84 on Monday. He finished with a round of 74 to finish with a stroke total of 238.
FOR THE FOES
- Trueba finished in a first place tie with Stephen Kinsel of the University of North Georgia. Kinsel earned the individual medalist honors by winning the playoff.
- Lincoln Memorial University won the tournament with a score of two-under 862 while Belmont Abbey College finished second at 864.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The win was Trueba's third of the season and his fourth top 10 finish.
- Bradford posted his second top 10 finish of the season.
