King aiming to continue success

BRISTOL, Tenn. -- The King University women's wrestling team had another successful season in 2021-22, finishing national runners-up at the NWCA National Championships while winning the NWCA National Duals championship. King also had a individual national champion in Ashlynn Ortega (143 pounds). Capping things off, head coach Jason Moorman was named NWCA Southeast Regional and National Coach of the Year. He returns 12 of his 14 national qualifiers from last season.
