FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The King University men's swimming team traveled to Emmanuel College to take on the Lions in a relay meet on Saturday afternoon. The Tornado swam well, but fell to the Lions 196-88.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The trio of Jan Kuljak, Maximillian Thomas and Radu Magdas started the day with a 300 yard backstroke time of 2:51.56.
- In the 300 yard breaststroke, Carson Eliasen, Ben Ramirez and Haakon Meyer touched the wall in 3:22.26.
- Jan Kuljak, Thomas, Gideon Bezuidenhout and Ramirez came in with a 400 yard freestyle relay time of 3:26.83.
- Next was the 500 yard freestyle relay that started with a 50 yard swim followed by 100 yards, 150 yards, and finishing with a 200 yard swim. The group of Dale Bruce, Austin Bynum, Meyer and Magdas came in with a time of 4:34.94.
- In the 200 yard medley relay, Thomas, Eliasen, Bruce and Bezuidenhout touched the wall in 1:42.95.
- The tandem of Kuljak and Magdas came in with a 1000 yard freestyle relay time of 10:25.39.
- Two Tornado teams competed in the 300 yard individual medley as the trio of Magdas, Meyer and Kuljak touched the wall in 2:55.29 while Bezuidenhout, Thomas and Eliasen came in at 2:57.35.
- The final race of the day was the 200 yard freestyle relay. Meyer, Bruce, Thomas and Bezuidenhout came in with a time of 1:31.56 while the team of Magdas, Ramirez, Kuljak and Bynum touched the wall in 1:39.98.
