GREENVILLE, S.C. - King College's Sarah Anderson was recently named a 2010 NCCAA Women's Tennis All-American by the organization.
Anderson, a sophomore from Bristol, Tenn., went 6-8 from her No. 1 spot in singles' play this season.
She was one of the 12 players to make it on the first-team singles' list with another six earning second-team honors. Nine doubles teams were also honored by the NCCAA.
King posted an 8-8 record as the squad competed at the 2010 NCCAA Women's Tennis National Tournament. The eight wins were the most for head coach Chris Bartlett in his fourth season at the helm of the Lady Tornado program.
