Jackie Stiles enters her third season as assistant coach for the King women's wrestling team. She uses a wealth of experience and success from her prior wrestling career and has helped elevate the Lady Tornado to a No. 2 national ranking and crown three national champions in the last two seasons.

In three years as an assistant under Head Coach Jason Moorman, Jackie Stiles has helped develop a three-year old program into a national powerhouse. In her first year with the team and just the program's second year of existence, Stiles was a part of history when King crowned its first National Champion when Marina Lambert won the WCWA national title at the 197-pound division. The very next year, King tripled its National Champion count when Stiles and the Lady Tornado watched Krista Revelle and Emily Martin become National Champions in front of their home crowd at the 2012 WCWA National Dual Championships. They also witnessed two teammates earn runners-up honors, 13 named WCWA All-Americans, and six receive bids to the 2012 Olympic Trails held in Iowa City, Iowa.

As a part of the program's highlight season, all six that were selected to participate at the 2012 Olympic Trials earned a spot on either the United State Junior World or Pan-American teams. Kayla Bartosch and Amanda Hendey went on to earn a gold medal at the 2012 Pan-American Games, held in Guatemala.

Her career began at W.B. Ray High School in Corpus Christi, Texas where she wrestled her way to three district championships, one regional championship, and was a two-time state qualifier. Stiles went on to the University of the Cumberlands where she captained the Patriots three of the four years she competed.

In 2007, Stiles hit the pinnacle of her career when she became a National Champion at the 105-pound (48 kg) division at the WCWA National Championships. Over her career she competed in the World Team Trials, U.S. Open, McMaster and Collegiate Tournaments, and the Body Bar World Junior Championships. She was a four-time All-American at UC and was ranked No. 1 at 51 kilograms in 2008. Over her career, she remained in the top-10 (ranked by TheMat.com) at three different weight classes every year she competed.

In addition to her coaching duties, Stiles is currently training to compete in the 2012-13 Open Season with aspirations of making an Olympic team.

She is a 2010 graduate of the University of the Cumberlands with a bachelor's degree in public health and exercise sports science. Stiles lives in Bristol (TN) with her fiancé Brian Abshire II and their son, Brian (1).
