Nave wins at Ga. Tech, Hughes in Top-5

ATLANTA, Ga. - King College was represented with a pair of riders at Georgia Tech over the weekend and both had Top-5 performances in the individual time trial.

Zach Nave (Gray, Tenn.) won the time trial with his time of 26 minutes and 21 seconds. He was 30 seconds in front of the next rider. On Sunday, he was ninth in the road race among category "A" riders.

Brad Hughes (Gray, Tenn.) was fifth in the time trial as he crossed the finish line at the 30:59 mark. In the road race, he was 11th in the category "C" riders.

Next for the King cycling team will be a weekend of racing at Furman (S.C.) University March 27-28.
