BRISTOL, Tenn. - King College has a total of 26 Top-10 seeds in the upcoming 2010 Appalachian Swimming Conference Championships that starts Friday in Huntington, W.Va., hosted by Marshall University.

Of the 26 seeds, 16 are individual marks with 10 for the relay teams.

Michele Donihe (Chattanooga, Tenn.) has six Top-10 times including the fifth fastest 1,650-yard freestyle time at 11 minutes and 23.58 seconds.

Stephen Howard (Bristol, Tenn.) and Wayne Oliver (Bristol, Tenn.) both have three seeds in the Top-10.

Friday's prelims start at 9 a.m. with finals beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday has the same 9 a.m. start and 5 p.m. finals.

The Appalachian Swimming Conference consists of 14 schools from the region.
