King to host Late Night Madness on Friday

BRISTOL, Tenn. – Basketball season is right around the corner, join King University and meet the 2016-17 version of the Tornado men's and women's basketball squads on Friday night. King hosts their annual Late Night Madness event on Friday at 6:45 p.m. in the Student Center Complex in an event that is open to the public.

The event starts at 6:45 p.m. as the King dance and cheerleading teams will welcome the crowd to the event. Following a short contest, will be the introduction of the two teams in alternating format. Then there will be a three-point contest that pits the men's squad against the women's squad. The night concludes with a dance contest followed by a dunk contest and the dance and cheer teams will send the fans home with another performance.

Late Night Madness will be taking place in conjunction with King's Trunk or Treat so fans that attend are encouraged to park in the parking lot across the street from the Student Center Complex.
