Ermay Vazquez Adame ran the 6K in 23:06.3 for 12th individually at the Conference Carolinas Championships. Her finish helped her earn a spot on the All-Conference Second Team and she helped the Tornado to a 4^th place team finish. It is also the 11th fastest 6K time in school history and she becomes the 7th fastest individual female in program history at this distance.
